LABEL PRINTING PROCESSES
We Use 4 Main Printing Methods to Produce Our Labels
Screen Printed Labels
The technique of screen printing is based on that of stencilling.
Digitally Printed Labels
Digital printing sends the image directly to the printer, eliminating the need for plates.
Lithographic Label Printing
The ink is applied to the printing plate and then transferred (offset) to the label.
Flexographic Label Printing
Flexographic printing uses flexible relief plates made out of rubber or plastic.

Process Comparison
Each of these printing processes produces a high quality end result, but there are certain press characteristics which makes each process better suited to producing different types of labels. (Understanding the differences in theses processes is not essential in placing a print order as our team of experts always asses each job individually to ensure the most effective and efficient printing process is selected.)
